Essentials of Farm Business Management

The Farm Business Management program is designed to enhance the operational efficiency and profitability of those involved in farm management. It focuses on critical aspects such as goal setting, resource identification, and comprehensive business analysis. Participants will gain insights into effective record management, financial planning through balance sheets and cash flow management, and crafting a detailed farm management plan. This program aims to equip farm operators with the necessary skills and knowledge to ensure the sustainable success of their agricultural ventures.
