The ideal candidate for our bus driver positions will come fully licensed (Class B, Pass End., School Bus End., and Air Brake restriction removed). This will put candidates in the driver seat far faster than any other avenue.

What are expected starting salaries/wages for these titles?
Our current starting wage for part-time school bus drivers is $20/hr. Most routes equate to at least 20 hours per week.
How does starting an education program at Riverland prepare individuals for a career with your company?
Graduates of RCC’s Truck Driving School come prepared to drive. The rest we teach in a short amount of time. This gets you on the road driving sooner and better positions you for success.
