What job positions/titles do you hire/look for?
We hire for a wide variety of positions. These include Entry level production, Machine Operators, Quality Assurance Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Entry level office/clerical, Entry level Management and Upper Management. Grain Millers Employees posses anything from a high school diploma to a PhD.
What are expected starting salaries/wages for these titles?
Entry level hourly positions start between $19 and $29 per hour. We give raises twice per year your first 4 years of employment and then annual raises and an annual bonus after 4 years.
How does starting an education program at Riverland prepare individuals for a career with your company?
While many of our positions do not require a degree, we look for employees who have shown they are willing to take the initiative and open to learning new things. Educational achievements are a way of proving that.
