What are expected starting salaries/wages for these titles?
Our entry level wage is $17.00-$18.00 per hour with an opportunity to gain an additional $1.00 per hour after 60 days of successful employment. In addition, we provide an additional $2.00 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.
We often reward new hires with additional hourly compensation based on previous experiences and tenure with other employers.
In addition to an hourly wage, our employee-owners have the opportunity to receive additional compensation in the form of monthly quality incentives, a quarterly ownership bonus, and holiday bonus.
