Our ideal candidate has some some background in industrial maintenance either through school or on-the-job experience. Basic equipment troubleshooting skills, welding, and electrical skills are all assets in our line of work as a maintenance technician. Discipline and willingness to learn are a plus!

Starting wages can vary from $27/hour for an industrial maintenance technician up to $37/hour for a top-end boiler/refrigeration operator.

How does starting an education program at Riverland prepare individuals for a career with your company?

Riverland prepares students with a good background in many of the skills mentioned above such as troubleshooting and welding. On the boiler/refrigeration operator side, students graduate with a license that qualifies them to operate at our facility at the higher technician wage rate.
