Hands on “Makers”. Folks who like to take a material and make a usable part. Math/Troubleshooting skills are required. Candidates need a positive “Can do” attitude and ability to learn and grow.
What job positions/titles do you hire/look for?
Machinist – Working from blueprint, machinist setup, program and operate CNC and Manual Machining Equipment to create custom parts for our customers.
Maintenance tech – knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical/electrical equipment service & repair all equipment in FNL’s manufacturing facilities.
What are expected starting salaries/wages for these titles?
$14-17/hour plus fringe benefits, bonus
