What job positions/titles do you hire/look for?
Applicators, general laborers, agronomy sales, truck drivers, some office/clerical, feed mill workers
What are expected starting salaries/wages for these titles?
Based on experience will start at a minimum of $15 plus bonuses for various things and increases for CDL, commercial applicators licenses, etc. Salaried positions in sales start in upper $40’s
What opportunities for advancement/promotion are available within your company with an Ag Science Degree?
People will have a chance to work there way up by proving themselves. Can go to location management, regional management, sales, etc
