Program Graduate Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, the graduate will:
- Demonstrate the ability to apply critical and ethical thinking processes to application software, technology, and other resources to research, analyze, and integrate data to solve agribusiness problems.
- Demonstrate the application of the principles of accounting, finance, and economics to evaluate fiscal decisions in an agribusiness.
- Demonstrate an applied understanding of the principles of agronomy and soil science and their application to agribusinesses.
- Demonstrate the ability to research, understand and interpret international business applications and apply them to agricultural operations.
- Describe the economic importance of agriculture to present, past and future societies throughout the world.
- Demonstrate the application and concepts of the natural ecosystem and how environmental factors can affect soil development and plant and animal production.
- Identify and explain the components of the planning, organizing, controlling and directing functions in an agribusiness firm.
