Upon completion of this program, the graduate will:

  • Apply critical thinking processes to ethically analyze and evaluate clinical situations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients/consumers, families, therapists, social workers, and other members of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Perform entry-level clinical tasks safely and accurately in a human services setting.
  • Document client/consumer information accurately and effectively.
  • Prepare and present oral and written case presentations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve goals.
  • Effectively perform job duties within existing ethical and legal parameters for human services professionals.
  • Accurately interpret and integrate client/consumer data.
