Program Graduate Outcomes

Upon completion of this program, the graduate will:

  • Apply efficient use of computer systems, and operating, application, and security software
  • Determine the appropraite computer technologies, platforms, and services that meet customer requirements given a specific set of technological, financial, and business requirements. 
  • Understand the nature and purpose of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), the objective of financial reporting and related accounting assumptions and principles.  
  • Understand the four functions of management (planning, organizing, leading and controlling) and the type of executive management activities associated with each.  
  • Understand how ethical and social responsibility issues affect marketing decisions and impact consumers.
  • Understand computer security and safety, ethics, and privacy concerns related to technology.
