Psychology Transfer Pathway

The Psychology Transfer Pathway will: 

  1. Meet system Equity 2030 goals in relation to all pathway student participants.
  2. Provide students with a knowledge base in psychology that will enable students to describe key concepts, principles, and overarching theories in psychology.
  3. Enable students to demonstrate scientific reasoning when interpreting psychological phenomena and psychological research.
  4. Introduce students to different research methods used by psychologists and assist students in developing critical thinking skills needed to evaluate and interpret psychological research.
  5. Prepare students to transfer into a designated bachelor’s program in psychology at a Minnesota State University with junior standing.
