Basics of Accounting

This course provides students with a basic understanding of accounting for non-financial managers with emphasis on interpretation of financial statements and accounting data. The course develops an understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts, applies various analytical methods to many types of financial information, and familiarizes students with financial statements and records to make proper decisions.
