Accessibility in Online Learning
Students who have a disability and need accommodations should contact the instructor or the Student Success Center at the beginning of the semester.
Course information will be made available in alternative format, such as Braille, large print, or cassette tape, upon request.
D2L is committed to reporting our web accessibility compliance openly and transparently. We believe that accessibility standards and laws are more than checklists and work with our client-led Accessibility Interest Group to ensure our Section 508 VPATs and WCAG 2.0 checklists are descriptive and accurate.
Accommodations are intended to provide access to Riverland's programs and services and allow students to demonstrate their knowledge of the course content without fundamentally altering the nature of a program or service.
