About Betsy

My passions are my family and my students. As a teacher, I am honored to be a catalyst for academic and personal success. I work hard to make my classes both educational and enjoyable. Also, I strive to make personal connections with my students, using learning labs to encourage support and achievement. I am grateful to be a part of Riverland's community filled with professional, smart, and kind staff and faculty; we collectively focus on our students' successes -- in and out of the classrooms.
