Verification Process

The Department of Education, or Riverland Community College, may select your application for review which is a process called verification.

In this process, Riverland Community College will be verifying information submitted on your financial aid application such as income information, family size, identity and high school completion status. If you are chosen for verification, you will receive a letter from Riverland Community College requesting the specific items needed to finish processing your financial aid.
