JOB TITLE
Accessibility Services Assistant
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 15-20 hours per week
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Clerical office skills: Filing, helping with incoming documentation, data entry, organizing, assisting with promoting college events, and other additional duties as needed. Good computer skills and experience with Excel and Word. Schedule is flexible and negotiable around class schedule. Assist with electronic filing. scanning, and linking student files. Honesty, accuracy and reliability are a must. Maintain confidentiality and a positive always representing Riverland Community College. Proctor and confidentiality training will be given. Will service as a Test Proctor for accommodation testing as needed. Some evening hours are a possibility.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Detailed orientated, excellent communication skills, and customer service. Travel to other campuses will be needed. Must be familiar with other departments: Registration, Admissions, and Financial Aid. Engage in student activities.
