Acceptance to the college does not guarantee acceptance to the ESLA program.

Steps to Enroll in Riverland ESLA Program

Step 1: Apply to Riverland

You may apply to Riverland Community College by completing our online application: Online Application

Step 2: Submit Your Test Scores

At least one of the tests listed below must be submitted. Visit the “Course Placement Requirements” section for more information.

  • TOEFL iBT
  • IELTS
  • Duolingo
  • Riverland ESL Reading Accuplacer

Step 3: Register for Courses

Schedule a meeting with the ESLA Advisor to register for your courses for the term.

Step 4: Complete Orientation

Orientation is required before classes begin.
