RCGSA - Bridging the Gap

The Riverland Community Gay-Straight Alliance (RCGSA) is open to all students, faculty, and staff who are interested in supporting and advocating for the LGBTQIA+ community.

RCGSA provides a welcoming and inclusive space to connect, learn, and advocate for respect, dignity, and equal rights for all, regardless of sexual orientation or identity.

We are students. We are faculty. We are staff. We are people of all identities and orientations working together to build a more inclusive and supportive community.

What We Do

We support and advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community, promote respect and dignity for all, and help educate the college and surrounding communities on these important issues.

When We Meet

Meetings are held weekly during the school year. Meeting days and times may change each semester. Contact us for current details.

Where We Meet

Meetings take place at Riverland Community College in Austin, with activities and outreach across the entire Riverland service area.
