Diplomas

Degrees are awarded approximately 1-2 weeks after the semester ends for students who have met all program and graduation requirements after ALL of their final grades for the program have been posted.  

Once degrees have been awarded we need to order the diplomas. 

Diplomas will be mailed to the permanent address you have listed under the Account Management tab in your e-services. It is your responsibility to review and update your address and contact information in e-services as needed. 

It will take approximately 4-6 weeks to receive your diploma after graduation. 

  • Fall graduate diplomas are mailed out in January
  • Spring graduate diplomas are mailed out in June
  • Summer graduate diplomas are mailed out in September

If you have not received your diploma within 6 weeks after commencement, you can email Kris Bartley to find out the status of your diploma. 

The diploma is an acknowledgement of your accomplishment and is something that you can frame and hang on the wall.

The official transcript is the document that potential employers will ask for to verify that your degree is official and has been awarded. There is a charge to order an official transcript and it must remain sealed in the envelope to remain official.

Students can run an unofficial transcript in e-services under the Academic Records tab.
