Checking Your Degree Audit
Before submitting a graduation application, make sure all courses taken at other institutions are properly transferred to Riverland. To check this:
- Access your Degree Audit via Riverland's e-services.
- Verify if the transferred courses are displayed on the Degree Audit.
If the courses are not listed on your Degree Audit, they need to be officially transferred before applying for graduation.
How to Transfer Courses to Riverland
Courses from MinnState Institutions
- If you are registered for a course at another MinnState institution, email the Transfer Specialist at Riverland to initiate the transfer process.
Courses from Non-MinnState Institutions
- For courses taken at non-MinnState institutions, contact the institution where the course was taken.
- Request that they send an official transcript directly to Riverland’s Registration Department.
- They may direct you to use the National Student Clearinghouse to order the transcript.
