Diplomas
Receiving Your Diploma
Degrees are awarded approximately 1 to 2 weeks after the semester ends, once all final grades have been posted and all graduation requirements are complete.
After degrees are awarded, diplomas are ordered and mailed to your permanent address listed in eServices student portal . It is your responsibility to review and update your address and contact information.
You can expect to receive your diploma within 4 to 6 weeks after graduation.
- Fall graduates: Diplomas mailed in January
- Spring graduates: Diplomas mailed in June
- Summer graduates: Diplomas mailed in September

Diploma vs. Transcript
Your diploma is a recognition of your achievement and is intended for display.
Employers will request your official transcript to verify your degree. There is a fee to order an official transcript , and it must remain sealed to be considered official.
You can access an unofficial transcript at any time through the eServices student portal under the Academic Records tab.
